Members of St. Paul’s enjoy fellowship with each other and with others in the greater community.

Monthly Potluck Meals
Follow the Eucharist on the second Wednesday of each month (except June-August) at 6:00 pm. If possible, bring a dish (main, vegetable, salad, or dessert) adequate for four to six persons. However, if circumstances prevent you bringing a dish, please join us anyway. An opportunity for ministry is cleaning up after the meal.

Bishop’s Visit Celebration:
When our bishop visits, parish cooks bring their best dishes and a truly bountiful table is enjoyed by all.

Mardi Gras Celebration:
Although Batesville is a long way from New Orleans geographically and culturally, we still enjoy celebrating Mardi Gras on Shrove Tuesday. A prepared meal may be provided for a nominal fee, or we share “decadent dishes.”

Shrimp Dinner:
St. Paul’s Shrimp Dinner is a well-known event in the community and is attended by many non-parishioners. In recent years, the dinner has served as a fund-raising event for outreach.
